After-Sales Policy

We strive to provide the best meals to our customers. We offer after sale compensation to customers who ordered our meals under these conditions:

  • You received the wrong meal.
  • You didn't receive your meal order during the time window we promised.
  • The meal package was damaged.
  • You did not order the meal.

You need to report the issue to us within 48 hours. After we receive your report and verify the information, we will arrange after sale compensation for the meal order as quickly as possible.
